Every individual is addressed as such without a one size fits all approach. We collaborate to formulate an approach of treatment and personal physical practice that aligns with your needs, desires, time and energy availability, as well as interest. I want to change your view of physicality from obligatory exercise to exploratory play. I believe that exploration, expression, and enjoyment are the routes to physical regeneration and performance enhancement.

Private Training

I teach strength training practices and principles, tailored to how you present yourself and your goals. Strength training is for everyone. Whether you're looking to build strength, grow or maintain muscle, or develop power, the process is unique to you. While building strength, we also focus on neuromuscular coordination and tissue quality through targeted routines and games. I’ll guide you in creating an individualised path that supports both your strength and overall movement quality.

Injury Rehabilitation

Injury rehabilitation is a precise and thorough approach to treating soft tissue issues, combining techniques from neuromuscular therapy and orthopedic sports massage. This service is designed to address chronic pain, postural issues, joint pain, and other musculoskeletal concerns. With a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology, we work to reduce muscle tension, improve range of motion, and enhance tissue integrity. Whether you’re recovering from injury, dealing with recurring pain, or aiming to improve flexibility, this tailored approach promotes recovery and long-term resilience.

Playshops

Discover what your body is capable of in a space designed for exploration, creativity, and play. Since 2015, these playshops have blended movement, strength, and experiential learning through games and tasks. It’s a playful environment where you can sharpen coordination, rhythm, problem-solving, and self-expression. Open to all ages and fitness levels, the focus is on movement through discovery rather than rigid training. Whether through solo practice or partner work, it’s about connecting with your body and others in meaningful ways.
